In 5 minutes, a customer can have their first AI sales agent live. We're not there yet – but we're closer than ever, and I'm going to show you the entire journey.
This is Season 1 of a new series I'm calling "5 Minutes" – our goal of enabling any customer to launch their first AI sales agent in under 5 minutes.
This Easter we shipped a completely new admin console, and just before that a new Agent Studio built on an entirely new platform running on Cloudflare. Cleaning up the stack is something every technology company has to do regularly to stay competitive – what's fascinating is how it happened this time.
Most of the code was written by me, using coding agents in Claude and Cursor, in parallel with everything else a founder deals with: sales, customer success, fundraising, finance, team management and admin. That might sound like a lot – and it is – but it's genuinely possible today because AI as a co-worker multiplies what you can get done.
And this isn't just my experience. I've been using AI actively for a while now, and the difference just over the last 6 months has been dramatic. It's accelerating.
Over the next 3 months I'll be documenting the journey we're on: automating everything we do, so that a customer – starting from nothing more than a website or some content – can begin generating leads across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Snap, TikTok, ChatGPT, email and their own website in 5 minutes.
